Former East 17 singer Brian Harvey appeared outside Downing Street this afternoon and demanded to speak to the Prime Minister.
The 90s pop star was armed only with a white ring binder and asked police officers outside Number 10 to let him in, it was claimed.
It is unknown what Mr Harvey wanted to discuss with David Cameron but onlookers said he was heard telling police the folder was “evidence” of money owed to him.
A witness said: “He then oddly kept shouting ‘You’ll all be dancing to my number one single at Christmas’.”
However, it appeared Mr Cameron’s officers were not keen to let the Stay Another Day singer into Downing Street in images uploaded to Twitter.
Mr Harvey last made headlines when he accidentally ran over himself in a Mercedes, claiming the accident was caused by eating jacket potatoes which made him sick.
Attempts were made to contact Brian Harvey’s agents.

That comment he made about e's ruined his life. He had depression ever since and is now arguing with the local shop about not being able to pay for his 15 quid tab on cigs and bread or having electric turned off. I wonder if that blonde bird Emma B he had a few years back fucked off. E17 mugged him off as well and got another singer for that big reunion thing.

Something which I feel is very closely connected to the fact there is no choice other than to conform to the neo-liberal orthodoxy...there is no choice and it drives people crazy
I still can't believe that people argue the difference between tory,labour,liberal and ukip - especially the latter foolishly thinking they are an alternative when in fact they are the most neo-liberal of all!

If he'd said what he said now, literally no one would bat an eyelid. Even top level politicians have started bordering on saying the exact same stuff.
I know it must be coming up to 20 years since he did but doesn't seem that long ago, and isn't, really.
And yeah the media destroy people regularly. A young lad being shot to fame like that then literally turned into a national hate figure overnight would have fucked with anyone's head.

Kinda weird when you think it wasn't that long ago when saying the words "ecstasy is a relatively safe drug" could get you so destroyed by the media.
